My role is to make sure everything behind the scenes runs smoothly so that both the team and the singers can focus on growing, creating, and feeling supported every step of the way.
The teacher
Hi, I'm Lili — a vocal coach who's passionate about helping singers navigate their careers with the uncertainty of their hearing condition.
As someone with tinnitus and hearing loss myself, I know first-hand the struggles and anxiety that come with trying to pursue a career in music. That lived experience shapes everything I do.
With a performance background spanning concert halls, recording studios, and theatre stages, my philosophy is simple: every voice is unique, and teaching should honour that. I work to understand your voice deeply before guiding it — never forcing, always nurturing.
Central to everything I do is protecting and nurturing your hearing. We work in ways that keep your ears safe — so you can keep singing for years to come, without fear of making things worse.

Tech Manager
I understand that when your tools aren't working, it feels like an uphill climb. I'm here to make sure our tech works for you, not against you, so you can focus on your voice and your growth.
My values
Lessons should be enjoyable. I bring lightness and humour to every session — because when you're relaxed and having fun, your voice opens up in ways that serious drilling never achieves.
Every student's experience, background, and hearing journey is unique. I meet you exactly where you are, without judgement, and at a pace that honours your process.
The studio is a safe space — free from pressure, comparison, or anxiety. We work calmly and patiently, building confidence through consistency rather than intensity.
I encourage curiosity over perfection. We try things, discover what works for your voice and your hearing, and treat every session as an opportunity to learn something new about yourself as a singer.
